1. Call to Order.
2. Consideration of minutes of January 31, 2008 meeting.
3. Regular Business
a. Election of officers - Chairman, Co-Chairman and Clerk.
b. Update of contract negotiations with EMR; involvement of CES and Eaton Peabody.
c. Discussion of municipal collection of commercial and business solid waste.
d. Discussion of the current policy of twice a week collection in the summer.
e. Discussion of reducing to once a week collection of trash and replacing it with curbside collection of recyclables in the summer (avoided costs).
4. Assignments per Committee member
5. Any other business as may be legally conducted.
6. Input from attending public.
7. Next meeting: 4:30 PM, Thursday, May 22, 2008 at the Somesville fire station. (Our regular meeting schedule is 4:30 PM on the 4th Thursday of the months of January, March, May, September and, November.)
