PURPOSE: To reconstruct the wastewater pump station in Somesville. The
setback variance request is from the South side property line, the
normal high water line of a water body (Somes Harbor) & edge of
Maine DOT right-of-way. (AB # 002-2008)
B. NAME: Alexander Goriansky ½ int., Peter Goriansky & Paul Goriansky ¼ int.
LOCATION: 153 Peabody Drive, Northeast Harbor/Seal Harbor
TAX MAP: 3 LOT: 32 ZONE: SR2
PURPOSE: Relocate an existing boathouse from an abutting property onto theirs,
and locate the boathouse within 75 feet of a water body (Atlantic
Ocean). (AB # 003-2008)
