A meeting of the Board of Selectmen was held this date in the Meeting Room at the Town Office, Northeast Harbor, Maine.
Those present included: Chairman Rick Savage, Ernest Coombs, Patrick Smallidge, Jerry Suminsby, Emily Damon Pascal; Town Manager Michael MacDonald
Call to order. Chairman Savage called the meeting to order at 8:30 A.M.
Moved to go into Executive Session pursuant to Title 1, Ch. 13, §405.6.A, Town Manager Annual Evaluation, Selectman Suminsby, second Selectman Smallidge.
Town Manager MacDonald left the meeting at 8:35 A.M.
Chairman Savage recalled MacDonald to the meeting at 10:00 A.M.
Town Manager MacDonald left the meeting at 10:45 A.M.
Chairman Savage recalled MacDonald to the meeting at 11:30 A.M.
12:15 P.M. Moved to return to Regular Session, Selectman Suminsby, second Selectman Damon Pascal.
12:16 P.M. Moved to adjourn, Selectman Damon Pascal, second Selectman Coombs
