Those present included: Chairman Rick Savage, Selectmen Ernest Coombs, Patrick Smallidge,; Town Manager Michael MacDonald; and Finance Director Michael Chammings.

Moved by, Selectman Smallidge, Second by Selectman Coombs to approve Treasurer’s Warrant #51, approved 3-0.
