As noted in our May 27 email, we wanted to let you know that we've scheduled a virtual town hall meeting to update you on where things stand and our plans moving forward related to the Coastal Resources facility. We will provide a presentation on where things stand currently and what we are doing to work through a number of alternative financing arrangements to enable the plant to return to operations. We will also take questions from the audience.
The current issues at the plant are financial, organizational, and fixable. They are not technological. With the right operator/management, the plant will operate as it was fully envisioned. We are confident a new partner will see the benefits of this proven technology and, more important, of working with a 115-member strong organization that is committed to the long-term, environmentally sound disposal of municipal solid waste.
